Company Overview Isoftronics is a dynamic IT services and consulting company based in Chennai specializing in delivering and managing technology solutions to enhance business operations With a focus on strategic IT consulting Isoftronics guides organizations in leveraging technology for achieving objectives The company prides itself on a talented team of 11-50 employees For more information visit Job Overview We are seeking a fresher Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Chennai This entry-level position is perfect for a motivated individual with 0 to 1 year of experience who is eager to apply their design skills in a professional environment The candidate will work directly with our design team to create visually appealing graphics for various projects ensuring alignment with our brand and client needs Qualifications and Skills Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Figma and Sketch Mandatory skill is essential for creating and editing graphics efficiently Proficiency with Canva to assist in designing social media content and marketing materials swiftly Experience with Affinity Designer to produce vector graphics and layout designs seamlessly Foundational skills in UX UI Design to create user-centered layouts that enhance user experience Strong understanding of Brand Identity Design to ensure consistency across all visual media Solid grasp of Typography to make aesthetically pleasing and readable text in different formats Keen eye for detail and a creative flair to produce innovative and on-brand designs for clients Collaborative mindset to work effectively in team settings contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives Roles and Responsibilities Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including print digital and web Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute graphic design projects from start to finish Assist in the development of layouts for marketing materials reports and brochures Ensure all graphics uphold the company s visual identity and brand standards Participate in brain-storming sessions to generate creative ideas for client projects Review designs for errors before printing or publishing maintaining high quality standards at all times Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to ensure deliverables are cutting edge Help in creating wireframes and prototypes for web and mobile applications to support UX UI teams
