To be up to mark with all NABH standards/process/documentation method.
Highly responsible to sustain NABH behaviour of the hospital
Responsible for timely collection & compilation of quality indicators applicable across the hospital
Ensuring periodic internal audits to strengthen NABH enviourment in hospital
Responsible to maintain & secure all control copies of departmental SOP/manual as well as monitoring and updation of content revision
Responsible to be updated with clinical knowledge & educating to the staff
Overlooking to infection control practices happening across the hospital
Formation & implementation of procedures /policies at departmental level in line with the hospital
Responsible to conduct listed committees meeting as per NABH Guidelines. Preparing MOM & circulating among all concerned as well as implementing CAPA as required.
Coordination with accreditation body for various assessments.
To generate MIS and submission to the concern authority every month.
Ensuring patient safety protocols is effectively followed within hospital as per NABH guidelines
To participate in induction program in order to make aware newcomers of NABH guidelines & protocols
Responsible for keeping the staff updated about any changes/modifications of NABH standards from time to time.
Strong track & documentation of all clinical, non-clinical practices as per NABH guidelines.

Pay: ₹9,840.89 - ₹30,416.72 per month
