Lead Procurement for HTE PBU.
- Send RFQ/ receive Quotes, Shortlist supplies based on techno-commercIal offers. Negotiation & bid preparation. Analyse Project requirement from Technical & quantity point of view.
- Monitoring of progress of orders. Co-ordination with logistic cell for transport arrangement.
- Documentation & co-ordination for custom clearance of imported goods.
- Interaction with cross functional teams like Design, PMG, QC, stores & QA.
- Quality clearance of goods with co-ordination with QC/ receipt inspection. Resolution of Test certificate and physical discrepancy of any.
- Study of supplier order acceptance, approval of sales contract & co-ordination for approval of vendor documents.
- Co-ordination with material planner for ordering /stock allocation etc.
- Monitoring of supplier performance.
- Updation of material status in concerto software as per order program.
- Supplier Development.
