**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and troubleshoot issues regarding products or services.
- Maintain a positive customer experience during each interaction.
- Offer solutions to customers’ concerns by following company guidelines.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate unresolved cases to senior staff when necessary.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding billing, technical support, or product issues.
- Identify and troubleshoot common issues efficiently.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document customer information and call details in the company CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- **Service Excellence**:

- Deliver high-quality service to customers by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues when required.
- **Adherence to Compliance**:

- Follow scripts, procedures, and guidelines while interacting with customers.
- Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, especially those that pertain to data protection and privacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
