We are looking for Telecallers to act as virtual receptionist for our Australia-based company. You must have good communication skills to answer calls in English, Punjabi and Hindi language. You will be handling on average a call volume of 50 - 60 calls in an eight-hour shift _(IST: 6 am to 2:30 pm). _Bonus will be provided as per the performance.

Experience: Freshers can apply. However, we prefer applicants having relevant experience.

**YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS**:

- Answer phones and direct calls.
- Entering customer data into Company CRM.
- Call clients as per team member instructions.
- Support quality assurance checks of various internal and client-facing reporting.
- Organize new client data, create invoices, and process client payments.
- Contribute to internal database maintenance, upkeep, and data entry.
- Assisting senior management with admin tasks (if required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift
