1. Be kind and friendly when taking calls and directing them.

2. Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have.

3. Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.

4. Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

5. Telecalling to the customer/fix client meeting & maintain excel sheet for the same.

6. Excellent communication & Listening skills.

7. Basic computer proficiency.

8. Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English, Hindi & Punjabi.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
