Position**:Front Office Executive**
Qualification:

- **Graduation (ANY)**
Experience**:0-1 Years**
**Duty Hours** - 8-6, 10-8, 8-8 (NIGHT)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings"

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Work Location: In person
