**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage all on-site activities for ground-mounted solar PV projects.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Oversee subcontractors for activities like piling, mounting structure erection, module installation, trenching, cabling, and earthing.
- Ensure all work complies with engineering drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control project timelines, costs, and resource usage.
- Maintain site documentation including DPRs, material consumption logs, labor reports, and quality/safety checklists.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Liaise with local vendors, authorities, and client representatives as needed.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and enforce use of PPE and site discipline.
- Support testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization processes.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- **Minimum 3-8 years of experience** in managing **ground-mounted solar project sites**.
- Strong understanding of civil works, structural assembly, and electrical installation for solar farms.
- Proven experience in managing MW-scale solar project execution.
- Familiar with project management tools and safety regulations (IS/IEC codes, MNRE/Central/State norms).
- Ability to manage labor teams, resolve site-level challenges, and deliver under pressure.

Pay: ₹12,060.49 - ₹45,233.69 per month
