Stores Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Coordinate with project, purchase, and accounts teams to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Implement proper inventory control practices to avoid material shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and preservation of solar equipment and related materials.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and maintain housekeeping in the store area.
• Track material movements between site and central stores, ensuring proper documentation.
• Follow company policies, health & safety regulations in all store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred: Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant).
• 2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in solar/renewable/construction industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software (ERP knowledge is an added advantage).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Local candidates from Ariyalur district or nearby preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹15,093.45 per month
