We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who utilize Netsuite, our cloud-based business management software. Your role will involve understanding client needs, providing excellent customer service, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive and results-oriented approach. Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up, negotiation, and successful contract signing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any customer issues or concerns.
- Continuously enhance sales and product knowledge through training programs, workshops, and staying informed about industry best practices.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Masters' degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and the sales process.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, as required.
