Job Title: Tele Calling Executive (Female)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce and promote our products/services to prospects, explaining their features and benefits.
- Build rapport and engage prospects through effective communication skills.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or information.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer queries or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural and friendly tone.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Tele Calling Executive or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chalakudi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
