- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure all operations align with regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguarding our reputation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 14 years of hands-on experience in sales within the import/export domain, specifically in ICD (inland Container Depot) /CFS (Container Freight Station).
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and fueling revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and international trade dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills that drive influence.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in sales and reporting software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹2,250,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
