**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and execute digital marketing strategies** to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the real estate sector.
- **Manage and optimize digital campaigns** across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive qualified leads.
- **SEO and SEM management** to improve the company's website ranking on search engines.
- **Content creation**: Develop engaging content (blogs, infographics, videos) that highlights real estate offerings, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- **Monitor and analyze performance** of all digital marketing campaigns, providing detailed performance reports and insights.
- **Website management**: Regularly update and maintain the company website with current listings, new projects, and promotions.
- **Social media management**: Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and manage ad campaigns to grow the company’s social presence.
- **Stay updated** with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activity in the real estate sector.
- **Collaboration with sales and design teams** to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
