- Developing a comprehensive Data, Analytics and Reporting platform to integrate, measure and analyze millions of daily customer interactions/metrics across all our clients
- Designing and development amazing user experiences across data visualization and analytics in the customer engagement / contact center industry
- Salesforce based solutions for omni-channel customer engagement leveraging AI to enhance contact strategy and routing, guide agents on next best action (NBA), enable dynamic scripting, capture voice of customer (VOC)
- Developing standardized AI/ML models to optimize customer engagement and agent performance using various Python frameworks and AWS services (Transcribe, Comprehend, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Building web/mobile apps to improve agent/manager performance across thousands of agents (metrics, gamification, collaboration)
- Deploying cutting-edge, tech-enablement services using the AWS ecosystem, including microservices and serverless architecture, CI/CD pipelines, event notification services, search services, multi-tenant architecture and lots more.

**Our team** has successfully built and scaled analytics-focused products at companies such as Salesforce, Demandware, and IBM. We have strong backgrounds in Computer Science, Math and Engineering from top universities such as IIT, Harvard and Yale. **About the Team**:
Our Team of Data Architect’s are intellectually curious, dedicated & mission-driven who help our clients leverage data to improve performance. **Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**:

- Work closely with business partners to understand objectives, KPIs, & opportunities for improvement.
- Architect the database and data warehouse schema/table designing (Redshift/snowflake/denormalized structure) for performance, reliability and scalability
- Work with product/system owners and business owners to understand raw data from source systems and determine how to map and model it into the data warehouse
- Spec end to end solutions across data integration/pipeline and data warehouse architecture
- Build data processing workflows & ER Diagrams (using tools like lucid charts, or draw.io)
- Design, develop, and re-engineer database objects and processes
- Write advanced PL/SQL to transform data near-real-time
- Work with SQL, Python & visualization tools to find hidden opportunities, patterns or outliers.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- 10+ years experience with data analytics, BI, reporting, data science, or equivalent field
- Highly proficient with PL/SQL (both DML and DDL)
- Expert in Data Architecture (Large scale Data Modelling and Data Governance)
- Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Modelling/Data Warehouse Design exposure is a must
- Expert on one of Database Stacks - Postgres, MySQL, Redshift
