The Role

The role of an Accounts Payable involves managing the payment process, maintaining vendor relationships, reconciling accounts, ensuring compliance, and contributing to process improvement efforts. It requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset - Accounts Payable, General ledger, Cashflow

Secondary Skillset - SAP, Excel, Communication

**Requirements**:

- Should have experience in verification of Supplier agreements & Purchase order
- Should have experience in Supplier Invoice verification and Booking
- Should have experience in Credit Card Transaction verification & Entries
- Should have experience in Employee Reimbursement Entries
- Should have experience in subcontractor Invoice verification & Entries
- Should have experience in Intercompany Invoice Booking
- Good Understanding of Supplier Aging report
- Should have experience in Payroll Accounts and schedules
- Good Understanding of Cash flow Updating, General ledger.
