**i. Primary Responsibilities**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer, who will be responsible for:

- Creating user-centric interface designs and visually appealing graphics for training materials, ensuring consistency and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Developing visually compelling content for our training programmes, iterating based on feedback and staying updated with industry trends.

**ii. Eligibility**:
**(a) Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (An MBA/Master’s degree in design would be a plus) OR B.E/B.Tech with certification courses in UI/UX designing.

**(b) Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the technology or banking sector.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills and a good understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Certifications: Axure RP, Google UX Design Professional, Sketch, or other related certifications would be a plus.

**(c) Desired Skills**:

- Proficiency in designing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Miro, Justinmind, Framer, Axure, Marvel, or Proto.io.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

**(d) Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong Communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**iii. Key Responsibilities**
- Developing visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for training materials, research reports, and other documentation.
- Collaboration: Working closely with senior designers, project managers, trainers and developers to translate requirements into elegant and functional user interfaces and iterate designs based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Visual Design: Supporting in creating visual assets and style guides that maintain consistency across platforms.
- Documentation: Preparing design documentation and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
