**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows).
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi devices.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems and ensure proper monitoring.
- Perform regular system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Ensure regular data backup and implement data recovery solutions.
- Conduct periodic IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate IT asset records and documentation.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Monitor IT security and ensure systems are up to date with patches and antivirus.
- Manage and support printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Handle daily IT operations and escalate complex issues to vendors or higher-level support.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience with networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls).
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with backup systems and data recovery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
