**Job Title: Dispatch and Sales Support** **Executive Role**

**Salary**:Up to ₹2, 80,000 per annum**

**Experience Required**: 1 - 10 Years in PowerPoint and MS -Excel

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Dispatch Coordination**:

- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to dealers/distributors.
- Liaise with transporters and warehouse teams for efficient logistics management.
- Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Monitor stock availability and update concerned teams accordingly.

**Sales Support**:

- Support the sales team with regular MIS reports and sales analysis.
- Track order processing, pending dispatches, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain customer master data and update order status.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- 1 to 10 years of experience in PowerPoint and MS - Excel related fields.
