Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably in a manufacturing or inventory management environment.

Familiarity with accounting principles and cost allocation methodologies.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple audits simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1)Develop and implement audit plans and strategies for inventory, warehouse, packing, and costing functions.

2)Conduct regular audits of inventory records, physical stock counts, and inventory management practices to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

3)Review and evaluate warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, to assess efficiency, security, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

4)Verify packing procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, customer requirements, and efficient utilization of materials.

5)Audit costing activities, including cost allocation, pricing, and inventory valuation, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.

6)Assess internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and safeguard company assets.

7)Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings, develop corrective action plans, and track the implementation of recommendations.

8)Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, packing quality, and costing effectiveness.

9)Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in inventory management, warehousing, packing, and costing practices.

10)Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement within the department.

11) Planning and Setting-up discussion with the relevant stakeholders.

12)Review Mechanism (monitoring, Reporting & Dashboard)

13) Monitor the Process Gaps on status on days today basis

14) Interact with process owner and obtain update on Process Gaps

15)Escalate to process owners’ Manager wrt Process gaps & obtain remedial measures

16)Facilitating User Trainings

17) Finalization of the Process checklists for Go-Live

18) Frame Process Audit Mechanism and Conduct Process Audits. & Work on Improvement Plan with Stake Holders.

19) Support / coordinate with the cross functional teams for targeted inventory turnover fixed by the management. Appraise & update management on timely basis for gaps, if any.

20)Monitor items / metals sent to various locations for sub-contracting (Gold smith, Customer samples etc.,), and ensure timely collection

21)Perform & visit all the manufacturing units on a periodical basis for inventory management activities

22)Validate the inventory reconciliation statements, and ensure metal loss are in line with the standard set by the management.

23)Ensure timely inventory adjustments with adequate CAPA

24)Perform detailed analysis whether the targeted process cost / profits are in line with standards; Analyse root cause and report deviations, if any.

25)Identify cost saving opportunities in each projects / overall level; Facilitate to achieve the same

**Salary**: ₹9,240.47 - ₹33,855.88 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 6 years (preferred)
- Inventory control: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Relocate before starting work (required)
