- **Kitchen cleanliness**: Setting and enforcing standards for kitchen cleanliness and ensuring cleaning is done regularly
- **Staff management**: Assigning tasks to kitchen staff, creating work schedules, and training and evaluating kitchen staff
- **Food quality**: Monitoring food quality and presentation, and determining how food should be presented
- **Inventory**: Ordering and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- **Menu planning**: Assisting with menu planning and development
- **Sanitation**: Ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed
- **Waste tracking**: Tracking kitchen waste and looking for improvements for financial return

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Kitchen management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
