**Job Summary** - We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated **Sales Brand Promoters** to join our team and drive the sales of **electronic home appliances**at our retail store(s). As a Sales brand Promoter, you will be the face of our brand and responsible for actively engaging with customers, promoting a wide range of electronic home appliances, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**:

- Actively promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of electronic home appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, etc.) to customers in-store.
- **Customer Engagement**:
Provide personalized assistance to customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products based on their preferences, requirements, and budget.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track and report sales performance to the Store Manager or Supervisor.Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, innovations, and trends in the electronics home appliances market. Share knowledge with customers to aid their decision-making.Ensure all products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner, enhancing the visual merchandising of the store. Keep displays well-maintained, clean, and fully stocked.Deliver an exceptional level of customer service by addressing customer queries, handling complaints, and providing after-sales support.Assist with in-store promotions, sales events, or product launches to drive customer interest and foot traffic to the store.**Note - Only those with relevant experience should apply, specifically those who have worked with a brand in the home appliances sector.**

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
