1.5 Degrees is seeking a passionate and outgoing Sales Promoter to help expand our brand presence across retail outlets, events, and public spaces.

This is a Delhi-based on-ground role and requires someone who can represent the brand with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote 1.5 Degrees products at retail counters, pop-ups, events, and samplings.
- Engage with customers to explain the brand story, product benefits, and current offers.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations, sampling, and effective communication.
- Ensure brand visibility through correct placement of display materials and merchandising.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team based on customer interaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team lead.
- Maintain inventory count and ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the kiosk/counter.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales promotion, FMCG, or retail customer engagement.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable working on the field, at events or inside retail outlets.
- Energetic personality and a go-getter attitude.
- Should be based in Delhi and ready to travel within city limits.
