**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and proactive Sales Promoter to represent our food retail products at various stores and promotional events. Your key role will be to boost brand awareness and drive sales through wet sampling, customer engagement, and promoting the unique features of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote food products in retail outlets through wet sampling and product demonstrations.
- Participate in and support promotional events to increase product visibility and awareness.
- Engage customers with product features, benefits, and quality, encouraging them to make purchases.
- Maintain an attractive, well-organized product display, ensuring cleanliness and appropriate stock levels.
- Provide product samples to customers, encouraging trials and answering any questions to create interest.
- Monitor product inventory and coordinate with store staff for timely restocking.
- Report customer feedback, sales performance, and event results to management.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure effective display of promotional materials and products.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets during promotional activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales promoter role, preferably in the food retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, with an outgoing, customer-focused, and engaging personality.
- Ability to create positive customer interactions and build interest during product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of the food retail market and customer preferences.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during peak hours or special promotional events.

**Important Note**:

- Please note that this is for **DELHI**location.
- We are seeking **immediate joiners** who can quickly become part of our team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
