Create training programs of our software product,

Identify technology skill gaps in employees.

Prepare training materials for programs.

Develop onboarding programs for new employees.

Develop and maintain the knowledge repository for the product(s)

Monitor trainee's progress and provide feedback to them and their managers on an ongoing

basis.

Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.

Requirements and skills:
Linux, Java, Springboot, Cloud technologies, Databases, Data science

Proven work experience in Software Product Technology related training

Track record in designing and executing successful training programs

Excellent communication skills

Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

Educational Qualification:
A bachelor’s or associate degree in computer science or information technology

Atleast 2 years experience as a technology trainer in a software product company or a

similar role

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
