- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in the CRM database
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding appointment availability, booking procedures, and related inquiries
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary reminders
- Troubleshoot any issues related to appointment booking and escalate complex cases to higher management when necessary
- Collaborate with the technical team to address any CRM system issues and suggest improvements for a smoother booking process
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
- Gather data from multiple sources.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in booking appointments through the CRM system

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
