We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth through strong market penetration and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business targets across assigned territories.
- Generate and grow business through **dealers, distributors, OEMs, and direct customers** in the industrial adhesive and allied industries.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities in targeted segments.
- Manage and expand existing customer relationships by providing technical support and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business development presentations, proposals, and technical discussions with clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Technical) for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular **MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates** to management.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory).
- **Experience**: 3 to 15 years in **Sales, Marketing, or Business Development** in a similar industry (Adhesives, Hot Melt, Water-Based Adhesives, Emulsions, Laminates, Films, Tapes, Bookbinding).
- Strong network with **dealers, distributors, and OEMs** in the industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Market analysis and strategic thinking.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)**.
