**Position**: Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)
**Location**: Central Kitchen, Turbhe
**Salary**: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2.5 + years
**Role Brief**
We are looking to hire a Demi Chef de Partie who will be responsible for maintaining high
standards of food quality, managing a team and ensuring great experience to our guest.
**Key Responsibilities**
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
Ensuring proper presentation of food as per direction of Chef
To comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
Ability to prepare ingredients, seasoning, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, maintaining
hygiene.
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage, and
cost control.
Control food stock and food costs in his section/kitchen.
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items promptly.
Chef are also required to ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
Min 1 yr of experience as a Commis 1.
Able to work under pressure, standing for long hours
High level of attention to detail.
To be punctual for work
Team player - Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Excellent Knife Skills
Preferred Culinary Certificate from a recognized institution.
Ability to guide Commis on Knife skills, Kitchen procedures. etc
