KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Operate and maintain sterilization equipment such as ETO (Ethylene Oxide) sterilizers and Autoclaves.**

Perform cleaning, disinfecting, packaging, and sterilizing of medical instruments and equipment.

**Ensure compliance with NABH norms and maintain high standards of sterilization and hygiene.**

Accurately monitor and document sterility indicators to ensure the effectiveness of sterilization processes.

**Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently.**

Collaborate with the medical and surgical teams to ensure timely availability of sterile equipment.

**Uphold hygiene and safety standards within the CSSD environment.**
