**Company Secretary**

We are at the forefront of molecular oncology world-wide, dedicated to providing innovative diagnostic and analytical solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Board Meetings Management**: Organize and facilitate board meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and minute taking. Ensure that board procedures are followed rigorously.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance of the Organization with all applicable laws. Keeping up to date with regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization. FEMA, Labour law, ROC and MCA compliance.
- **Corporate Governance**: Advise the board on governance matters, helping to ensure that the company adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance.
- **Communication with Shareholders**: Manage shareholder relations and communication, Produce annual reports and organize the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain essential company documents such as the certificate of incorporation, legal documents, statutory registers, and meeting minutes.
- **Policy Management**: Update and administer company policies to ensure they comply with legal standards and reflect the company’s objectives.
- **Financial Reporting**: Assist in financial reporting and auditing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the financial dynamics of the corporate.
- **Legal Advisory**: Provide legal guidance on matters affecting the company.
- **Corporate Secretarial Services**: Handle various corporate secretarial duties, including filing corporate returns, maintaining company seals, and managing company insurance, conducting secretarial audits.
- **Risk Managemen**t: Participate in identifying and managing corporate risks, ensuring that the company has adequate risk management practices in place.

**Qualifications and Desirable Experience or Working Knowledge**
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in secretarial responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
- Good written and verbal communications skills, coupled with interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.

**Job Type**: Part-time
