**Hiring for Managerial Position (Separation Technology Group) for MNC**

Experience: 12-15 Years
Location: Bengaluru.

**Education: Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mtech ( IIT ) in Machine design**

**Minimum Work Experience**:
**Minimum 12 - 15 years working experience in mechanical machine design of heavy industry is required**

10 years’ experience in design, development and detailing of vibrating equipment
5 years’ experience managing a project or engineering team.

Summary
The Manager is responsible for driving the Separation Technology Group engineering group on all areas of engagement, execution and excellence.
**Experience on NPD/VAVE of mineral processing equipment ( Vibrating Screens) will be essential**
Experienced in the assembly and component level design and development of products considering all aspects of form, fit and function of the system. Good knowledge and experience in welding and machining process is desirable.

Experience
- Previous exposure/experience for a minimum of 5-8 years in similar domain industries and exposure to manufacturing will be advantageous
- High level of competency, to include but not be limited to, the use of the following engineering tools
- NX or Parametric 3D CAD Program
- Siemens Teamcenter
- Autodesk Inventor
- High level of competency in the creation and augmentation of complex 3D machine design solutions
- Proven track record of product innovation
- Design and draughting of vibrating equipment using Siemens NX and manage CAD data using Siemens Teamcenter.
- Management of a product development group consisting of vibrating screen specialists.
