**Job Description-**

1. Calling and Conceptualise/ develop the strategy for both inbound and outbound call process.

2. Data management.

3. Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning.

4. Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance.

5. Responsible for call quality and on-call customer experience.

6. Servicing of leads generated from the ATL and BTL marketing activities and driving productivity in terms of walk-ins and bookings from the Contact Centre team.

**Requirement-**

4. Excellent conversational and customer service

6. Should know working on reports in Excel.

7. Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and Internet research.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shivajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
