**Role Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Management Trainee - Product Design** to join our creative team in Bengaluru. This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in eco-conscious product development, from initial sketches to artisan collaboration and final execution. As a trainee, you’ll work closely with the design and production teams to bring sustainable lighting concepts to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the design and development of new lighting collections aligned with Ashni Studio’s aesthetic and values.
- Conduct material and trend research, focusing on sustainability and artisanal techniques.
- Support in prototyping, sample development, and testing of new products.
- Collaborate with artisans and manufacturers to translate design concepts into production-ready pieces.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and product specifications.
- Help document the design process, including concept boards and production notes.
- Participate in studio reviews, brainstorm sessions, and design planning meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- A strong interest in sustainable materials, handcrafted processes, and design storytelling.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, creative team.
- Prior exposure to craft-based or eco-conscious design projects is a plus.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
