**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Trainee to join our finance team in Bangalore, India. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in accounting. The CA Trainee will assist with various accounting tasks, gain practical experience, and contribute to the financial health of the organization. Proficiency in using Tally is essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting Support**: Assist in daily accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
- **Financial Reporting**: Help prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
- **Tally Operations**: Utilize Tally software for recording and maintaining financial transactions accurately.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- **Audit Assistance**: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
- **Expense Management**: Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory compliance documents.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and related documents.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to support various finance and accounting projects.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on accounting best practices and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Attributes**: High level of integrity and attention to detail. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
