**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and outreach campaigns.
- Identify potential markets and neighborhoods with high potential for student enrollment.
- Maintain a database of prospective parents, tracking interactions and follow-ups.
- **Cold Calling & Follow-ups**:

- Conduct daily cold calls to introduce the school, discuss admissions, and provide information about programs and facilities.
- Handle inquiries, clarify doubts, and schedule school visits or appointments for interested parents.
- **Market Visits**:

- Visit residential areas, educational fairs, events, and local markets to promote the school’s programs.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) and set up kiosks at strategic locations.
- Conduct door-to-door visits to meet parents and engage them in one-on-one discussions.
- **Admissions Counseling**:

- Act as the first point of contact for potential admissions queries, offering personalized information based on the child's educational needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of the school’s curriculum, campus facilities, extracurricular programs, and admission process.
- **Marketing & Branding**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns to enhance the school's brand visibility.
- Contribute ideas for promotional events and digital campaigns to attract more inquiries.
- Collaborate with local businesses and communities to develop promotional partnerships.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress on leads, inquiries, and conversions.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for improvement in the outreach process.
- Analyze the effectiveness of various campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork (market visits and cold calling).
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms (optional but preferred).

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Passion for education and child development.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
- Experience in organizing or participating in school-related events or exhibitions is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
