Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**:The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This role involves identifying target markets, promoting products or services, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:Identify and target potential customers and markets.

Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Marketing Strategy**:Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:Track and report on sales and marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance insights.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to identify market needs, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred in some cases).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Industry-specific knowledge may be required depending on the organization (e.g., technology, healthcare, finance).

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
