
IT Service Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to generate new leads and potential customers.
- Identify and prioritize target clients and industries for sales outreach.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales,
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
