**Dining Service In-Charge - Red Hill Nature Resort, Ooty**

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Dining Service In-Charge** who can take ownership of our dining area and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our guests. This role goes beyond basic service—it’s about maintaining a clean, organized space, coordinating with the kitchen, and making dining at Red Hill an enjoyable highlight of each guest’s stay.

**About Us**
Red Hill Nature Resort is a 130-year-old heritage bungalow in the Nilgiris, overlooking Emerald Lake and surrounded by tea estates. A family-run retreat, we welcome travelers from around the world who come for peace, nature, and food that feels like it belongs here.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise the dining area during meal hours and ensure smooth service.
- Keep the dining space clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
- Wash and manage dishes, cutlery, and crockery when required.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and efficient food service.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Manage dining essentials—napkins, table setups, and supplies.
- Interact with guests in a polite, professional manner.
- Support the resort team with additional service duties as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior experience in service, hospitality, or housekeeping (preferred).
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Good communication skills and a guest-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to commit for at least 1-2 years.
