Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development of backend services using Python, Django, or FastAPI.- Oversee frontend development using React.js, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly interface.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product management, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring for developers, ensuring best practices in software development.- Design and implement APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend services.- Optimize database queries and design for scalability, leveraging PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases.- Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to the DevOps process for smooth deployment and integration.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, driving innovation in project development.Key Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python (Django, FastAPI) and React.js.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and front-end/backend integration.- Experience in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Expertise in designing and optimizing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Strong leadership experience, mentoring development teams, and driving technical strategy.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional frontend libraries such as Redux, Typescript.- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Confluence.- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or other modern web technologies.- Experience with security best practices, particularly in authentication and authorization.
