The Associate Principal Architect is a senior leadership role that bridges **strategic decision-making, client relationship management, and high-level design leadership**. This role supports the **Principal Architect** in steering the overall vision, quality, and profitability of projects, while also mentoring teams and contributing to business development.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Strategic & Business Leadership ( Min. Experience 10 years )**
- Work closely with the Principal Architect on **firm-wide strategy**, positioning, and growth.
- Participate in **business development** — networking, client outreach, proposal writing, and pitching.
- Help shape the firm's **design philosophy, processes, and culture**.

**2. Project & Design Leadership**
- Lead large-scale or high-profile projects from **concept to completion**, ensuring design excellence.
- Oversee **project delivery timelines, budgets, and resource allocation**.
- Provide **critical design reviews** and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards.

**3. Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Act as **primary client contact** for major projects.
- Facilitate **workshops, presentations, and negotiations** with clients and consultants.
- Resolve conflicts or issues at the senior level to maintain strong client trust.

**4. Team Mentorship & Development**
- Mentor junior architects, project managers, and designers.
- Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Promote **collaboration across disciplines** (structural, MEP, interiors, landscape).

**5. Quality & Risk Management**
- Ensure all designs meet **firm standards**, safety requirements, and local regulations.
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee **quality control** in documentation and execution phases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
