**Role: Associate Principal Architect**
**Experience in Years**: 12 years’
**Roles and Responsibilities-**
- Lead and oversee the design process for complex architectural/interior design projects, from concept development to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and vision, and translate these into innovative and practical design solutions.
- Develop and present design proposals, using 2D and 3D visualization tools, to effectively communicate concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving complex design and technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.

**Qualification-**
- Professional degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer or Interior
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and mentor junior team members.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting your design process, technical expertise, and creativity.

**Salary**: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
