**Principal Architect**

As a Principal Architect, you will collaborate very closely with the technical leadership and be their trusted advisor to deliver world-class solution that adheres to the highest of quality standards. You will be responsible to drive the technology vision of the organization and uplift distributed engineering teams by providing hands-on architecture leadership and coaching.

You are a thought leader and have deep expertise in building secure, high-performing and scalable systems.

You come with a proven experience of driving large scale complex architectural decisions and influencing the technology roadmap of a medium to large sized organization. You have extensive experience working on.Net and AWS technologies and have exceptional communication and influencing skills.

- Understand the long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology
- Be an evangelist and strong communicator of the architectural blueprints of our product to mobilize the rest of the organization to build solutions that fit our customers’ needs
- Collaborate with product and delivery team to ensure timely and quality delivery of the product features
- Be responsible to mentor, guide, hire top-notch technical architects and build a high performance team
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand the upcoming product/markets/offerings and be prepared to adopt to these changes
- Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements and new initiatives
- Proven ability of driving and managing organisational programs that lead to significant revenue / operational improvement.
- Acknowledged as a respected leader, mentor in the engineering fraternity.

Relevant experience?

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years in a Senior architect role in previous large-scale software development organization, preferably SaaS delivery model
- Proficiency in.Net Framework and building Enterprise Application on.Net Platform
- Experience in building cloud products and microservices architecture using AWS, GCP platforms and.Net related technologies. Managing and optimizing huge volume of data using stores such as Cassandra, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis
- Extensive engineering expertise in measuring engineering OKR's, following best coding practices and streamlining processes for frequent deployments
- Comfortable communicating architecture to all levels of management and customers
- Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests in a complex and fast-paced environment; Strong analytical, prioritization, and troubleshooting skills

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Having background of SaaS Technology Platforms
- Relevant experience in a product organization
- Relevant experience in travel domain or customer loyalty space
- Relevant experience in data-backed decision making/statistics/market research
