Company Description
The Nawany Group is a real estate and logistics organization specializing in the construction of industrial and commercial buildings in the Mumbai area. With over 40 years of experience, we have developed and managed several industrial, commercial, and residential buildings. Our real estate division is developing a mixed use property in prime location in Vasai - East. Additionally, our logistics division is involved in trading, transportation, railway clearing forwarding, and bulk material handling.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Architect located in Vasai. Reporting will be to senior architect with over 30 years of experience and associated with the group since over 20 years. The Associate Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, and integration. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to architectural planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members.
**Qualifications**:
Architecture and Architectural Design skills
Strong project management skills
Software development and integration knowledge
Experience in architectural planning and designing
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
