We are looking for an executive recruiter with relevant experience. As an executive recruiter, your role will include hiring executive personnel for junior and mid -level positions in our company.

Roles & Responsibilities--
- Taking and understanding the complete download from the manager / client for the position and start the process full life cycle of recruitment.

‡ Develop a suitable recruiting strategy and complete the task within the time frame.

‡ Assess resumes and cover letters.ƒ

‡ Perform a background and reference check.ƒ

‡ Document and record the interviews.ƒ

‡ Connect with the new employees and conduct on boarding and orientation sessions.ƒ

‡ Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees.

Attend career and networking events.ƒ

‡ Serve as a liaison with employment agencies and industry associationsƒ

‡ Conduct an exit interview for terminating employees

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
