As a Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Day-to-day tasks include developing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. Ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring teams, as well as maintaining detailed recruitment records, will also be key responsibilities.QualificationsExpertise in Job Description Development and crafting roles tailored to organizational needsProficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing candidate pipelinesStrong Communication skills to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholdersExperience in Interviewing and assessing candidate skills and cultural fitAbility to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in recruitment software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
