**Job role and responsibilities**:
Ø Secures premises and employees by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting facility, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Ø Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.

Ø Maintains all the documents/reports in the security department.

Ø Trains Security Staff on record keeping procedures to be followed.

Ø Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.

Ø Maintains the environment by monitoring and setting buildings and equipment controls.

Ø Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.

Ø Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ø Surveillance using Security Guards, CCTV, Biometric and other scan devices for man and material movement.

Ø Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors. Responding to alarms and analyzing security footage.

Ø Monitoring the exit/ entry system for movement of personnel and materials.

Ø Involved in Security, Vigilance and Firefighting with utmost dedication and integrity.

Ø Basic technical expertise is required to maintain biometric equipment, CCTV, and turnstiles.

Ø Outstanding surveillance and observation skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to exercise good judgment. Strong reporting skills

Ø Compile incident reports; Assess volatile situations accordingly and have the expertise to deal with the situation.

Ø Enforce security regulations and procedures to effectively support the protection of the premises; Set up security controls and monitor the property/area access.

**Job requirements and qualifications**:
Ø Education Qualification: - Minimum Graduate or PG Diploma in Security Management

Ø Computer knowledge must.

Ø Experience of 3 to 5 years in the Security Industry (Handling Private Security Guards and Equipment’s).

Ø Hands on Physical Security Procedures and Reports.

Ø Languages to be known - Fluent English (mandatory) and Telugu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
