Security & Admin Head Strategic Leadership & Governance Define, develop, and implement enterprise-wide security policies, procedures, and standards for the Data Center. Lead the security function, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance management for regional security teams and vendor partners. Drive a culture of vigilance, accountability, and continuous improvement in physical security operations. Operations Management Oversee deployment, monitoring, and performance of the security workforce across multiple facilities; ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs of security agencies. Ensure 24x7 operational readiness of all security systems, including CCTV, FAS (Fire Alarm System), ACS (Access Control System), perimeter protection, and visitor management. Establish incident management and escalation protocols to ensure prompt response and recovery. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure 100% compliance with all physical security requirements from customers, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Conduct periodic risk assessments, vulnerability audits, and security drills; implement mitigation and improvement plans. Partner with compliance and legal teams to meet all statutory, safety, and data security obligations. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Projects, Safety, Sales, and Customer Experience to align security operations with business and customer expectations. Support project teams during new DC builds for the design, installation, and commissioning of security systems. Technology Integration & Innovation Drive implementation of advanced security technologies such as AI-based surveillance, integrated command centers, and predictive analytics. Benchmark against global data center security best practices and introduce initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience. Budgeting & Vendor Management Develop and manage security budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives. Evaluate, onboard, and monitor third-party security agencies and technology partners. Administrative Head Facility Administration Oversee all administrative operations including housekeeping, pantry, transport, stationery, office maintenance, and support services at Data Centers. Ensure upkeep, hygiene, and safety standards across facilities in line with organizational and customer expectations. Manage logistics for internal movements, employee travel, and asset management. Vendor & Contract Management Evaluate, appoint, and monitor performance of vendors for housekeeping, transport, facility services, and security. Negotiate and administer service contracts ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and quality standards. Maintain vendor scorecards and drive quarterly reviews to ensure continuous service improvement. Budgeting & Cost Optimization Prepare and manage annual security and administration budgets; monitor expenses against plan. Identify opportunities for cost reduction through vendor rationalization, energy efficiency, and process automation. Employee Services & Business Support Provide administrative support to employees and internal stakeholders for day-to-day operations. Ensure effective visitor management, travel coordination, and meeting room operations. Facilitate smooth execution of corporate events, audits, and VIP visits at DC sites. Skills/Exp Strong leadership, governance, and team management skills with experience leading multi-location security and admin teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of interfacing with leadership, clients, and vendors. Sound knowledge of integrated security systems, facility management, and administrative best practices. Analytical and decisive with a proactive problem-solving approach. High integrity, discipline, and confidentiality in handling sensitive operations. Full time Graduation/ Diploma Should have 10 years of relevant experience in a similar function
