**Roles**:

- **Security Team Management**: Supervise, recruit, and manage security guards across various locations to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
- L**iaison** **Contracts**: Get new sites and guard contracts from various industries.
- **Operational Coordination**: Coordinate shifts, duties, and operational tasks of security guards to maintain seamless on-ground operations.
- **Client Relations and Marketing**: Act as the face of the security team in interactions with clients, promoting the security services and addressing any concerns.
- **Strategic Marketing Planning**: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s security services, highlighting the professionalism and efficiency of the security teams.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all security operations comply with local regulations and industry best practices.
- **Marketing Analysis and Feedback**: Analyze market trends, client feedback, and security data to improve service delivery and market positioning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, onboard, and deploy qualified security guards.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure guards adhere to assigned duties.
- Build strong client relationships to promote security services and get contracts.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Organize continuous professional development and training for security staff.
- Evaluate and improve security guard performance through feedback and assessments.
- Ensure all security measures comply with regulatory standards
- Use client feedback to optimize security services and marketing outreach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
