Job Description : MIS Executive

Experience : 2 to 4 years

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining databases, generating reports, and ensuring the accuracy and security of information systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various departments (sales, finance, operations, etc.)
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Maintain and update MIS databases and dashboards
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline data processes
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and reporting issues

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in **MS Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Familiarity with **SQL**, **Power BI**, or **Tableau**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
