- Ensure the office runs efficiently, including organizing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling general office tasks.
- Input and update property listings, client information, and transaction details into the company’s database.
- Act as a liaison between real estate agents and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth transactions.
- Assist with preparing paperwork for property transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, or contracts. Ensure all necessary documents are signed and submitted on time.
- Prepare marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital ads to promote properties.
- Coordinate open houses, property tours, or promotional events for new listings.
Pay: ₹12,605.13 - ₹20,422.32 per month
