J**ob Brief**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our real estate team. As a Tele Caller,
you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, building rapport, and scheduling
appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to generate leads and contribute to the
overall success of our real estate business.

**Position** - Tele Caller
**Location** - Hadapsar
**Experience**- Fresher
**Qualification** - 12th and Above
**Salary** - As per Company Norms

**Responsibilities**
- Cold calling potential clients from our database or leads provided.
- Introducing our real estate services and properties to prospective customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
- Understanding customer needs and preferences to offer personalized solutions.
- Providing accurate information about properties, pricing, and availability.
- Scheduling appointments for interested clients to view properties.
- Recording and updating client information in our database.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident phone manner.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices (preferred but not

required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
